As these are made-to-measure products, returns may be excluded or subject to specific conditions. Contact us at info@aquatit.com before starting any return.

When the pallet arrives, check the goods before signing. If you find breakage or damage, write it on the carrier's delivery note before signing it —«pending inspection» is not enough— and refuse the delivery if the tray is visibly broken. That is what lets us claim against the carrier; your rights as a buyer do not depend on it and remain intact even if you signed.

Caring for the tray until installation: take it off the pallet when it arrives and let it rest completely flat on a level surface. A tray stored on its edge or unevenly supported can warp.
