Description
The waste is hidden in the frame, not in the middle of the tray.
Made to measure, with trap and linear stainless steel grate included.
The Elite shower tray is Aquatit's premium line: the same mineral-filled resin, the same slate texture and the same C3 safety as the rest of the range, but built differently. It has a three-sided outer frame, a single fall, and the waste built into the frame itself, covered by a 31 × 6.5 cm linear stainless steel grate instead of the square one. It is the choice when you would rather not see the waste in the middle of the tray.
What sets it apart
The Elite starts from the same technical base as the other finishes (mineral-filled resin, through-body colour, C3 anti-slip) and shares its slate texture with the finish of that name. What changes is how it is built: a three-sided outer frame and a single fall towards the waste, which is hidden in the frame. It is the step up in quality for anyone who wants the tray to hold its own in a high-end refit.
Next to the Smooth it gains nuance and presence; next to the Slate it offers a subtler, more contemporary relief.
Which refit it suits
It fits design bathrooms, hotels and projects where everything (taps, screen, tiling) is meant to hang together. Being made to measure, it sits to the millimetre of the gap and allows large-format showers up to 90×180 cm, the maximum in this range.
Material and durability
Mineral-filled resin combines polyester resin and mineral fillers with a gel-coat layer: it stands up to impact, does not chip like ceramic and takes daily use in its stride. The through-body colour hides scuffs, so it stays looking sharp for a long time.
Fitting and upkeep
It takes flush or surface-mounted fitting, with the stainless steel trap and grate included. Cleaning is simple with pH-neutral soap; just keep abrasives away.
The linear waste, part by part
The Elite does not use the round waste of the rest of the range: it has a double rectangular one hidden inside the tray frame. It screws on from below, so all you see on top is the linear stainless steel grate.

Where the waste sits
It is built into the frame at one end, centred across the width, with a single fall towards it. The linear grate is 31 cm and sits 10 cm from the edge; the outer frame is 5 cm. It cannot be moved: the fall is formed at the factory.
FAQ
Can I order a size that's not listed?
Yes. We make to measure: message us on WhatsApp with your width and length for a quote.
Can the tray be cut?
Yes, the resin can be cut to fit your bathroom to the millimetre.
Does it include a trap?
Yes, every tray includes the trap and grate for free.
Is it slippery?
No. The whole range has the top non-slip rating (class C3).
Can I choose where the waste goes?
No: it is built into the frame at one end, centred across the width, with a single fall towards it. We cannot put it in a corner or halfway along the tray. If your floor outlet doesn't line up, that gets solved during installation with a run of pipe; what you need to measure is the clear height under the tray. We explain it here
How does the Elite differ from the Smooth?
They share the same technical base and C3 safety, but not the surface: the Smooth is smooth and the Elite has a slate texture. The real difference is the waste: on the Smooth it sits centred across the width, 37.5 cm from one end, with a square grate; on the Elite it is built into the frame at one end, with a linear grate.
Is it anti-slip?
Yes, class 3 (C3), the highest rating, including when wet.
What sizes does it take?
Any exact size from 70×100 to 90×180 cm, made to the gap in your bathroom. If you need a smaller or larger size, look at Smooth or Slate.
Does it include the trap and grate?
Yes, both at no extra cost, with a stainless steel grate.
Does it chip or scratch easily?
No. The mineral-filled resin resists impact and, with the colour running right through, scuffs barely register.
What colours does it come in?
White, cream, ash, anthracite and black.
